Our 10 Point Guarantee
1. Your loved one is always in our care
Many other funeral homes hire third parties to transfer your loved one from the place of passing. Our funeral home is full service, meaning Kramer staff perform every step of the funeral process, from transferring your loved one, preparing them for the funeral service, to officiating at the the funeral service. You will always see a familiar face throughout the funeral process.
2. Safeguarding personal identity
To ensure accuracy, a personal identification band is placed with your loved one the moment your loved one is transferred to our funeral home.
3. Secure tracking system
Upon arrival, your loved one receives a unique identification band. This band is used to track every phase of the funeral process. Personal belongings are placed in a secure area for safekeeping until they are returned to the family.
4. Family identification
Family visitations can be held at Kramer Family's chapel. Our professional staff will dress your loved one in the clothes provided by the family for a family visitation.
5. Ensuring authorizations received
All paperwork and permits are reviewed by our staff to ensure authorizations and permits have been received and properly documented.
6. Funeral record
Your loved one's personal identification is noted in our funeral log records.
7. Details during the Funeral
A funeral authorization signed by the next of kin, a state issued funeral permit, and proper identification are placed in your loved one's personal file ensuring accuracy.
8. Details after the Funeral
After the funeral is complete, personal belongings, register book, extra funeral programs etc. are returned to the family in a Kramer secure pouch.
9. Return of the additional Funeral belongings
Should it be neccesssary, our staff will schedule a time to return additional personal items to your family.
10. Celebration of life
Our staff is specially trained to conduct Life Celebration Services, and will assist in planning a funeral service. A meaningful ceremony provides an opportunity for family and friends to pay tribute and share the memories of a lifetime.

If the cemetery you have selected requires a vault we will notify you. Vaults are available at our funeral home.
